Flooring Manufacturers

  • With all current and future flooring supply and manufacturer partners CMG will:
  • Supply warm leads based upon site/end user specific flooring supplied. Carpet, Resilient, Ceramic and Stone etc.
  • Link up the JV Partner with Sales People from Service Partners on a Regional Level to develop regional business.
  • Link up JV Partner with Regional Flooring Contractors via Service Partners supply chain/Sales People.
  • Training for the JV Partner by Technical Managers of each Service Partner to gain in depth knowledge of each company’ product offering.
  • Secure Credibility by association for the JV Partner.

Equipment/Products

  • Host – Gain Host Distributor Status and offer supply of Machinery and products.
  • No Skidding – Attain Exclusive Distributor  Status within the region covered.
  • Cleanfix – Distributor Status and attendant discount structure.
  • Janitorial Supply – Ability to purchase and supply at volume discounts.
  • Access to Manufacturer Principals for Training and Support. Ie Dedicated Training Courses for CMG by Host for Woolsafe Accreditation.

General

  • Access to and all benefits of Factoring via HSBC.
  • Access to professional PR and Marketing at a shared/discounted cost.
  • Ability to take on any size of contract/project by using the resources with the network at a reasonable and quantifiable cost.
  • Participation in National Contracts secured by CMG and other JV partners.
  • Potential buying group discounts for vehicles, professional services, insurance etc.
  • Ability to use existing National Account sites based regionally to secure additional regional business.
