Planned upholstery maintenance is the best way to keep your seating looking good throughout its life and exceed manufacturer warranty periods. Most seating rarely wears out, it is usually replaced prematurely due to a lack of, or incorrect cleaning and maintenance resulting in it looking so bad the entire piece of seating is discarded. Re-upholstering commercial furniture can be very expensive.
Upholstery maintenance should start from the day the seating is installed. Vacuuming the fabric to remove dust and dry debris on a regular basis should be written into general cleaning specifications.
Once cleaned the fabric upholstery will be clean, hygienic and looking like new, making it ready for the challenges to which it will be put in your busy office/retail or leisure environment.
With planned maintenance the fabric will never become so heavily soiled that it requires mechanical cleaning, a thorough vacuum with triple filtration vacuums and the use of Electrolytic Fabric Cleaner combined with Microfibre Cleaning Mitts will fully restore the fabric. As moisture is kept to an absolute minimum the fabric will be dry in a matter of minutes and can be put straight back into service.
